Paul and his family moved to Carthage in April of 2002 from Louisiana. Paul is married to Jacinda, a fifth grade math teacher in the Carthage ISD and they have three children Brianna (11), Savanna (7) and Andrew (6 months old), their newest addition to the family. Paul is a graduate of Northwestern State University (1993) with a degree in Business Administration (Finance) and Southwestern  Baptist Theological Seminary (1998) with a Masters in Religious Education.
